yes, there is a 'cheryl' ave in my city that i live in and my daughter was excited to see that was a 'hannah' street in a small town that we visited a few summers ago, so much so that we had to get a picture of her standing under it (she was about 7 or 8 at the time.)

No. there is no street, road, or place with named on my personal name ‘sheen shaukat’. I am not prominent in my area. So there is no street, road or place with my name in my area. Streets, roads, places are used to named on the name of famous, historic, or on the name of national heroes. And I am not any one of this qualitative list.
