Are you saving enough for the future?

Yes I have a cut of my salary which was made mandatory by the government but the question is how much would be enough for retirement? I have seen many retirees having to work as security guards and taxi drivers just to make ends meet. Hpw do we ensure that we would have enough when the time comes?
