it's actually your boss that you are having a conflict with? It's hard to point out to your boss that they also have shortcomings, but the boss feels that they have done their best to recognize the problems in the workforce and no one can tell your boss, because the boss won't listen nor dare give a chance to let you say what you really feel inside because they feel too superior?

I guess I've been in denial thinking that the boss is doing the right things for everyone. I can't discuss about work, however, I will share that no matter how technically smart a boss is and how much the boss can come up with solutions about the concerns at work, the boss doesn't look into how the people are disliking the way their efforts are not being recognized? How is that possible that the boss is there but they don't also have the piece of heart to understand that there are people who gets tired and nothing is done to help them. This creates dislike and demotivation.

yeah i know what you mean but then its all about doing what you do best regarless of recignision, because the harder you try to be regonised the less it will happen just be yourself and thats when things will move.

I would agree on being yourself and perhaps isolating yourself from the conflict that you feel and make sure that you 'try' not to get yourself affected/influenced of the negativity around you! The best we can do is do what makes us happy so long as we keep to the standards of the company. Cheers my friend!
