and I found out that I can't follow or do as I preach. I found myself being foolish for seeing that I can't do as I say. The worst thing is putting up with people that you don't want to be with because this person is whom you recognize as the villain in your life and the wall to your goals. Have you ever found yourself in that state?

Yes, I had been together with a group of bad friends. But they're becoming better persons as years go by. They quited smoking, got a job, married, gave birth to child, feeding pets. Still gambling, though. But people can change, and nobody can be your obstacle if you're doing your things right. If there's a person you find really blocking you, treat him good, then your worst enemy shall become your friend.

That is a nice thing to say. You really enlightened me and helped me better by hearing it from someone that if there is a friend/person who is blocking you, treat them good, and your worst enemy shall become your friend. This is what I should be reminding myself more often. The fact that it is sometimes hard to get an opinion among the people you know, is more of a challenge if the person you are talking about is someone whom they are also close with.
