I love creamy, cheesy, chicken alfredo (without any vegetables). If anyone has an easy recipe, I would love to try it. I prefer one that doesn't take many ingredients..the cheaper the better..lol

Ok, for the easiest Alfredo sauce on the planet, I have a recipe for you. I make this stuff sometimes and it is very creamy.
8 ounces cream cheese cubed
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup milk
In saucepan stir together all ingredients over low heat. Stir until smooth. Add Fettuccine and toss.
All you have to do to make it a chicken Alfredo is add some cooked chicken.

Hi Nelly,
I just buy the Ragu Alfredo Sauce in the jar. You can't beat it for easy recipes!! Just boil your noodles and cook your chicken. Then, mix them together and simmer for a few minutes. I like to add broccoli to it just for a little added flavor.
It's GREAT!!

Renae, I have boughten that ragu alfredo sauce, but my kids didn't care for it. I did like it but I think it didn't taste like it does in the restaurants...you know like at the Olive Garden....oh man I need to go there, have not been there in a long time..lol
Thanks for the post, have a great day/night.

Easy Alfredo Sauce III
SUBMITTED BY: Zulema
"This recipe is enough for about one pound of pasta. Enjoy!"
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup half-and-half cream
* 1 cup whole milk
* 2 egg yolks, beaten
* 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
* salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine half-and-half and milk. Heat through, then reduce heat to low and stir in egg yolks and and cheese, a little at a time, until well incorporated. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until thick, stirring occasionally. Stir in salt and pepper to taste and toss with hot pasta.
