Phone call!!!

It's another day and you're preparing. Who do you expect to make the first phone call on your landline?
I remember applying for a landline so that I can talk with my father in the province more conveniently and also make use of it for credit card applications or the like. BUT, cellularphones is a neccessity nowadays and we basically carry this around anywhere we go. Whom would you expect to receive a phonecall from on your other/landline phone?

I never receive calls on my mobile phone unless it is an emergency so everyone still calls me on my landline phone, I think here in Australia we are still not prepared to to pay for calls by the the second, we seem to still like the flat call fee, so I could receive a call from anyone...

Lately here in the Philippines, the mobile phone companies are promoting free calls/limited calls even through prepaid. I wish to receive more calls from families and friends through the convential way too! lol call it funny, but I miss receiving calls from them. The cellphone is mainly being used for text messaging here for now, like you, it's still expensive making calls through cellphones. Thanks!
