Have you ever had a drama queen or lazy co-worker. While you are working your butt off they are sitting or leaving work an hour early. Doesn't it drive you absolutely crazy. I work with a girl that thinks she knows everything, leaves early all the time, doesn't ever want to do anything. She is the type that if she has a papercut she will blow it out of porportion by saying it needs to be sutured up. I know there are more ppl out there that have this person working with you whether it be male/female. I would love to hear your stories.

We don't really have any drama-queen types where I work, but we sure do have an awful lot of really lazy people. They're the sort that management has to keep an eye on constantly to make sure they're actually working-- and since it's impossible for management to watch them constantly, they very frequently get away with standing around doing nothing. A handful of us pick up the slack, and it sure becomes annoying after a while. Now that I think about it, we did have some on-and-off drama between 2 employees who were dating each other. Screaming matches in the store, physical altercations, etc. Made things pretty uncomfortable and since we are service-oriented, it was completely inappropriate behavior(well, it'd be inappropriate even if we did not have customers inside the store, but still). Most people are pretty low-key... and lazy. LOL
