My name is Dana. I have been married to my second husband for almost 3 years now. I live in New Jersey only because we are stationed here. We want to leave as soon as possible. Hopefully back to someplace warm. Between us, my husband and I have 8 children, three boys and five girls. I would love to have another little boy but we made the choice after my daughter was born to not have anymore. My husband has already made that permanent. Our families mainly live in Mississippi (mine) and New Mexico (his). We travel between those places often. I have my Associates in Business but I have never used it. One day I hope to go back and get a degree in Education. I would love to teach Kindergarten or Pre-K.

Hi Stephanie!! Well, my name is Michele and my nickname (screen name) is something my husband calls me so I use it everywhere. I am 34 yrs old and have been married for 12 years this coming February. I have 2 boys aged 8 & 10. We live in Northern Illinois, just 5 minutes from the Wisconsin border. I am originally from South Florida, but we moved up here 6 yrs ago this January to better our lives. It's been rough, but it is starting to payoff now. I am a 911 Dispatcher for the town I live in (population @ 9,000)And I work midnight shift. It is hard on me, but good for family life. We are currently in the process of buying a house, so fingers crossed, it all turns out well. I will do my best to find a picture, but I hate pictures, so I don't have many:)

Lets see. My name is Faye and I currently live in Fort Bragg, NC. I have a 13 year old daughter and 2 step children both girls and they are 6 and 7. Their names are Jessica, Gwendolyn and Desiray. I am in college to attain my BA in Psychology right now and a stay at home mom. I am looking forward to Christmas back home! My daughter and I are going to go home for the holidays. It's going to be bitter sweet because my husband is in Iraq and won't be home. However, he will be visiting in January and we are so excited about that!

Hi Stephanie, I'm Tami, not married but living with a wonderful man. I have two daughters, one in Texas and one in Virginia, I live in PA. And he has one daughter, which adores my oldest daughter that lives in Virginia. I work for the forestry service, my dream job. We have one dog, that is a 2 year old Chesapeake Bay retriever, and very spoiled since she is our 'child' lol. Oh and I have 2 granddogs. I love the outdoors and scrapbooking, and I love the snow, I get excited with the first snow, and his remark 'Great', he's lived here in PA all his life. I lived most of my life in Texas, until I moved here 2 1/2 years ago.

Hi Stephanie5,My name is Mike and I was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1940. I live and work in Thailand, and have been married to a wonderful Thai lady for ten years. We both have adult children from previous marriages. My daughter has two daughters, and lives in Perth. and my son has two boys and a girl, and lives in Broome, West Australia. My wife's children live in the beautiful Northern Thailand city of Chiang Mai. We last visited Australia in June, and are going to visit my wife's children next month. I live a very enjoyable life here, and even though I still work full time, I still found time to write a novel over the past two years. I hope you get many results to this discussion. Hello, Stephanie! My picture is only a year or two old, I have shorter hair now is the only difference... My name is Violet, but my friends call me Dee, which is from my middle name Deanna. I'm 38 years old, and I have five children, 19-yo girl named Mary who doesn't live with me, she's in West Virginia with her boyfriend, my 17-yo boy named Glenn (he'll be 18 on Christmas Eve!) who lives here with me, my 16-yo girl named Deanna who lives with her paternal Aunt in Ohio, and my 11-yo twin girls Amanda and Rebecca. The oldest three are from a previous marriage, and I am currently married to the twins' Daddy, for the last 13 years. We live in Tennessee, although my husband and I are both originally from Ohio. I love fiddling with computers, making graphics, also reading, knitting, crocheting, quilting and basically any craft. I like to take photos, and drink coffee in the mornings with my friends once the kids are all dropped off at school. I am currently a SAHM, but am planning to get a job sometime next year, when the twins will finally be old enough to be home by themselves for an hour or so during the day when I have to work. And that's about it, I guess....I'm extremely opinionated, stubborn, and pessimistic, but also friendly, outgoing, and loyal. Thanks for posting the topic, I love it!
