Regarding the new TNICC / myLot

I know many of you are members of TNICC. I would like to ask you some questions about the new TNICC. TNICC recently came back online. I just checked the PTC page, they have around 10 links to click. Before the page was down. I had $18.34 in my account and I requested for payout. I had not receive my money and there's only $13.20 in my account now. I wonder what caused the discrepancy. Also, this is written on the FAQ page of the site: When Do I Get Paid? Payouts of your Cash Balance will be made approximately 48 hours after the expiration of each Advertising Package. Does this mean that in order for me to be paid by the new TNICC, I will have to buy an advertising package at least? I am an upgraded member. My upgrade will expire Sep 2008. Can I just click on the PTC links and be paid? Or do I have to buy advertising package? Can someone please help me? Thanks =D

I joined to old tnicc and I waited the new one. Before it went down I reached about $11 in my account. Once it wnet up I tried to login but it told me user not found. I tried many times but nothing to do. I think they deleted my account.

I'd about given up on that site, in fact I more or less forgot about it lately. That seems a little fishy to me. It seems they were kind of erratic to begin with, here one day, gone the next, etc. Annie
