For the longest time, my little kid was a picky eater. Now, it seems like there isn't enough food in the entire world to satisfy her hunger. She eats from the time she wakes up, until the time she goes to bed. She'll eat almost anything, from healthy fruits, cereal, pasta and bread to not so healthy hotdogs and pizza. The only thing she won't eat are vegetables. I like to think that she gets a well rounded diet. But, I wish she'd eat her veggies. Maybe there are other foods she should be eating. What types of foods do you feed to your children? Do they eat healthy cereals like Cheerios? Chicken and rice? Steamed vegetables? How do you make sure that your children get all the variety that they need in their diet? Please share your parenting tips for getting your little kids to eat all the right, nutritious foods.
