Heavy Rain

Heavy rain can damage many things, our house, buildings, and etc. It is also cause of big floods, landslides. And it causes also some diseases. That can harm the people. Here in the Philippines, we are experiencing heavy rains, especially in Luzon area and Visayas area. My husband always question me what is the meaning of signal #1, 2, 3 etc. We actually know what signal means but i cannot explain what signal is the most dangerous.

yes , i've just through it , yesterday my hometown rain heavily and the wind blows very hard , although my house didn't badly damage , its very scary experience.

i guess it's the case that happened just last night when a flash flood struck one of the "baranggays" in the western part of our city. when we passed by this morning, sand and gravel were all over the street, houses along the shore were destroyed too.
