You get to say who lives

If you were on a sinking boat and there are three love ones on it and you can only save one. You mother who given you life and raised you, your hubby who you have promise to love and honor him, or your child whom you have given life to? If you can only save one who will it be? Why would you choose him/her? I would save my child for she is the most innocent one of them all and she is also the weakest one. I will go and save her because I know for a fact that she won't be able to survive. But my mother and hubby they have a higher probability of saving themselves.

That is a hard one! But with much thought, I would have to say the person who is not saved would be the one I would let live. The people who are saved will go on to heaven and they are ready. The person who is not saved will get another chance to know the Lord. God bless.

wait a minute...let me make sure I have this right...If you are in a sinking boat with a child and two adults, the child IS saved as you put it but the adults aren't...you would let the child die?? please please please tell me I'm misunderstanding what you are saying becuase if I'm getting it right, that is SICK..

LOL yea I got it right....You are saying that if the child knows/loves etc God you would let that child die because in YOUR MIND he/she would go to heaven whereas the adult who DOESNT know/love etc God would go to hell and you would want to give that person a second chance to find your faith...

You totally do not understand what I'm saying. If a person is saved by Jesus Christ, they are going to heaven. They are ready. A person who is not saved will go to hell. I don't want anyone to go to hell. The person who is not saved would be the person I would let live because they are not ready to die. They still need to be saved and they need the chance to know God. I hope that makes more sense!

Nope, I don't think your selfish at all. My first choice is my child but as for my second choice it would most likely be my mother too. My hubby is a man, he can try to swim hehe. I always go for the weakest one first in that order.

I would save my child without a second thought...the LAST person I would save would be my mother if I were to save her at all..I might just let her drown LOL...my husband is capable of saving himself or at least giving it a good shot...My kids though, thats my life, my love, my blood and my everything

depends on how old the child is.. is they were young. my answer would simply be my child because my other and hisbas has already led a full and healty life.. my child has not had that chance yet...
