My kitty gone LOCO!

I don't know what is up with my cat. He is two years old and fixed but an outdoor cat. I found him as a stray and kept him. Today it is cold and a bit snowy and he doesn't want to go outside but I think he does. He is crying this little girly meow and running around crazy in the house. What is UP with my CAT????

It sounds like he wants to go out but dosen't want to because of the cold. My cat is the same way when its raining.

Yeah he hates the rain too but I think he hates the cold more. It isn't that cold yet Wimp! HEHE Thanks

He's being a silly kitty. I think he does not want to go outside and just wants to play. Sometimes my kitties run around the house like that being silly.
