Anyone Still Have a Pager?

I still carry a pager. Oh yeah, everyone makes fun of me..lol While working I can't have a cell ringing or vibrating since I work with the public and never know when I'll be busy helping a customer. It's worth the extra few dollars each month to keep the service. The pager number is the primary contact for our burglar alarm company and used for emergencies within the family. Does anyone still carry a pager?

Wow I used to use a pager a long time ago. That was round about when mobiles where first coming out.
It used to cost £1.50 for people to phone up and speak to an operator and leave me a message and then it w ould be texted to my phone.
I was so young at the time though the only person that would page me would be my Mum saying to get my bum home right now. Lol.

She did indeed have my number and there was no messing with her. I probably still have my pager lying around but I doubt there is any chance that there is still a operator sitting at the end of the numebr to type in that message lol.

Did you check up with local museum authorities whether they have a scheme to buy items for museum?
I had one till last year and decided to get rid of it, so I called the lastic scrap dealer and along with other plastic items, I gave this too. Might have fetched some 010 centcs for it.
