Do you think rotisserie chicken is really healthy?

I know that rotisserie chicken is supposed to be healthier than fried chicken, but sometimes I don't think it's healthy at all. Certainly, it tastes delicious. And, I've often tried adding it to the diet to help me lose weight.
Last time we bought rotisserie chicken, it was sitting in a mystery liquid. And, the next day, when I took it out of the refrigerator to make chicken sandwiches, the liquid had congealed into a white mess. I think it was actually chicken fat. That can't be too healthy.
What do you think? Is rotisserie chicken really healthy? Is it a good choice for someone on a diet? Do you think it's low fat, compared to other types of chicken?

I love rotisserie chicken, it's cheap, easy and yummy. What I do is take the skin off and cut it into slices and store it in plastic containers, without the juice. If you want to keep it from getting dry, try squeezing a little bit of lemon juice onto it. Lemon goes great with chicken plus the lemon helps to burn off the fat.

Rotisserie chicken is lower in fat, but it does still have some in it. On the rotisserie alot of drains off during the cooking, but there is no way to get all of it out. It is alot healthier than other ways of cooking it. I used to do that for one of my jobs at work, and it was a mess to clean up, but they are good.

I would say it's definitely better for someone on a diet than fried chicken, considering the oil it's fried in and the breading or batter that's usually used. I think chicken fixed any way is healthier than most red meats, or so that's what I've been led to believe.
