How Will JaMarcus Russell Fair When he Plays?

JaMarcus Russell has still not appeared in any games for the Raiders, and maybe that's a good thing. Sitting and watching the game may help him, if he's paying attention.
For the record I think it's awful when rookies hold out as Russell did.
