Robots that laugh, and solve puzzles - will robots take over?

At a japanese exhibit robots were laughing and getting dental treatments, they solved puzzles ,with real skin and human like eyes,- "ow that hurt" a female robot screached, while getting dental treatments. They are still working on perfecting a finction that lets novices inject anesthetic into the gums of the robot. In another room a robot used built in color sensors and a pair of dextorous hands to solve a rubik's cube. is it just me or does this make any one else feel wierd
