Do you ever have to iron wrinkle-free clothes?

Today my spouse was doing some job hunting. So, I broke out one of his new career shirts that has never been worn. And, I noticed that the package said, "wrinkle free", so I assumed that I wouldn't have to iron it. Wrong! That shirt was so creased, it was almost unwearable. But, it did iron easily. And, that was the upside. Do you ever find that so called "wrinkle free" or easy care fabrics, like poplin need much more ironing and care than the label indicates?

I don't like ironing. And therefore I won't buy wrinkle clothes. And I don't have to iron wrinkle-free clothes.

I find that if I take my shirts out of the dryer the minute they stop drying and hang them up the don't need ironing. If I leave them in the dryer after the dryer has stopped then they need to be ironed. I have thought about getting one of those steamer things that take the wrinkles out of clothes. Has anyone ever tried one of those?
