How to control my emotion?

I am usually a gentle man.But I will be very terrible if one makes me angrily.Especially the last day of each month. I have heared that people will be very terrible in special days.They will control their emtion very badly in special days. For example:I am very angry today.Beacuse the worker did not lay the cup on right place.I almost could not recognize myself.Today is 30 NOV.But in usual day I will not be so angry except the workers make very large mistake. Are you the same as me? Who can tell me how to control my emtion? Thanks a lot for your reply in advance.

Hello Mr.Yinaiquan. I have to say that there are some days when people are not feeling as good as usual, which is the so-called emotion period. I hope that you could well control yourself during this period of time. I do not have some special ways for it, but I think that it is not easy for me to lose temper unless it is something that is very disrespectful. What's more, it is no good to our health if we lose control of ourselves and it is no good to the relations between each other. To control your emotion you have to know yourself very well... you have to know your worst attitude and what will make it appear. If you know that then you know when you should start making some action in order to control your emotion. Keep on reminding yourself on the behavior that you want to achieve.

Try walking away. I can have an explosive temper and I'm learning to control it by walking away from the person or the situation that makes me angry. That prevents a violent confrontation. Just walk away from it.

Hi, Emotions are in human nature. Humans with out emotions are not humans either they do not have any feelings. Being hot tempered is another part that can be controlled by self control or through meditations, yoga or physical exercises from an expert also can reduce body pressure and also mental pressure that is to be practiced under an expert. Still in my experience the easiest way is to meditate or just remain calm for close eyes try not to thing any intentionally live the mind freely do this daily two times at morning and evening you could see the change with in a month if done dedicatedly. Hi,there! I can understand your feeling.I think there're certain days when people feel pretty blue per month.Maybe they don't feel angry or upset at the end of each month,but some other days in the month.I think during the time that we're angry,we should try to ease ourselves,calm down and take everything easy. Try not to think about the negative side,but some positive things and happy experiences. Drink some tea and have some fruits or listen to some light music to relax and rest.Hopefully that could help you a little bit:) Have a nice weekend and enjoy your day^_^

I really can identify with you at such a situation. You need not to suppress you emotion deliberately. But only the method should be paid attention to, e.g. rude words or behavior, just to an extent, i think, let them know that you are really very angry. Your anger will help them to improve their memory. So proper anger is necessary. Otherwise they will feel that the mistake is indifferent. Quality department in company is a sandwiched one. No matter you choose the career by yourself or by god, if you like it then hold on, do what you ought to do. That's enough.

But I have a deep thinking of the relationship between quality department and manufacture department.There is not any different between the two department.We all do our best to make a large quality products.It is not only the quality chich we usually say.Better quality control means lower quality cost,more quickly speed , better efficiency and higher income. Of course,different person need different ways.Thinking highly of the workers will get unexpected result.We also need to think:we have do our working in best way whether or not,our working is detail enough?I really find the relationship of colleagues are very important and very funny. One should hae emotions. An emotionless person is not a person according to me. What is important is to control - at sorrow stage and at joyous stage and also at anger stage. Signals you are sending to your brain shall be reformed first and sent. So it is by a practice of sending message to mind, one can control the emotion. Why don't you meditate for 30 to 45 minutes a day (suspension of thoughts)so that you become stronger mentally and can control emotions to some extent.

Emotions can be wonderful things, but like you said they can also be bad things. What makes you angry? Try to think about this. What really pisses you off, gets your blood boiling? What sort of lights your fire? One way to handle your emotions is to take the time to study them. If you know what triggers you to gt mad, you might have a better chance of either avoiding what makes you mad, or knowing it makes you mad learning how to handle it. Try writing down one day all of the things that make you mad, start with the things that kind of ge you going then work up to the things that really make u upset. Next time one of those things happen write next to it how you felt and why. Maybe you can see a patern. Maybe you could write suggestions on how not to let it bother you next time and try those out. One thing that helps me is to picture something funny, so I actually start to laugh. Another thing to try is to tell the person in a level voice that that made you upset and you would like it if they would try not to do it again. one last thing when you feel yourself start to boil, count slowly start at 100 and go backwards.

to control your emotion firstly you have to be a cool person.because if you are trying to handle all the thing at cool mind every thing wwe will be faced more easily. i think you know thatcool mind can only stop the angry mind.so friend be cool .
