How many articles do you submit at a time?

Do you submit one at a time, or several at once? Do you think it makes a difference in whether they accept or decline your articles? Does it make a difference in the pay per article, if you are submitting for upfront payment?

I submitt as many articles as I write and when I write them. Sometimes it is only one and other times I have submitted four in a row. It takes time for them to review them and get back to you. I always submit for upfront payment as well. I also submit as a exclusive work. When you write exclusively for associated content you make more money. I have seen a two and three dollar increase in my money since submitting as exclusive. I have only had one article turned down flat. I submitted the article any way and earned money through the viewing of the article. I do not think that associated content cares how many articles you submit. They only care about the quality and can them make money off your work. I am sure that they have a scale that they use when determining how much they will pay you. I like associated content they pay well.

I don't know if it makes a difference in acceptance or being declined but I submitted about 7 or so at a time. Now I've slowed down not so much due to the declines but more so due to the lack of ideas of what to write. Been trying to think of some more material. I've had declines but then I change them to non-exclusive content so I can submit elsewhere and see what happens. I'd give a better answer but I'm not really sure.

I seriously doubt that it matters how many you submit at any given time. My guess is they have numerous people reviewing the submissions, so that it wouldn't even necessarily be the same individual looking over all your submissions. I'd do whatever works the best for you... either one or 20 articles at a time, just do your best to keep your submissions unique and interesting! :)

I have tried both; submitting one or two and submitting ten at a time. It didn't make a difference, they weren't all read at the same time so I was getting a couple offers a day but they were almost all in the $4.00 range. Even so, it's still money that I didn't have before.

Some people submit one article at a time, some submit in batches. From what I've read it doesn't make any difference in acceptance or pay rate. All the articles go into a queue and are checked individually.
