Did Jennifer Greys' (Dirty Dancing) nose job hurt her career?

I remembered saying that very thing a few years ago. I think I remember her saying that she was happy with the looks of the nose job, but when she went out for roles, people didn't recognize her at first. And maybe that hurt her sometimes. I don't remember if she said she had a deviated septum that she had repaired or if she just did it because she wanted too. Either way, I would have a hard time recognizing her now if I saw another photo of her.
