What do you see when you look beyond your monitor? A wall....a window?????

Right now my desk has been moved to the right of the windows I usually sit in front of because of the Christmas tree I have up. But I can still see out one of them. I have some of those sticky things you put on windows of snowflakes and then I can see the commons that I live across the street from and have been watching the trees go from beautiful fall colors to the dismal, gray, bare limbs that they are now becoming. The grass still looks green....so far anyway. I'm also on a pretty busy street so usually there are cars going by and once in awhile some people.
What do you see when you look over the top of your monitor and beyond? Is there a wall with something to look at or windows?

The wall :-(. The trailer I live in has a built in computer desk which is in a corner in the office. If I look to the right I can see out the window but, it's just the edge of my property there and there isn't much to look at. I feel very lucky though because my kitchen window overlooks my pond. There are egrets out there right now and I was just at the window looking at them.

Hahahaha! You know me. Here's a photo of the view from my monitor. To the right is the window looking out into my backyard. I see one of my apple trees and the neighbors house in the cul=de=sac behind us as well. The grass is brown waiting to get whitened this Saturday with maybe a foot.Just behind the monitor slightly right is the doorway into the dining room. I satnd at the window watching Buster a lot when I'm in here. There ya have it.

I'm setting in my recliner with laptop right now (and most times) over my screen on the left half is the TV (Little House on the Prairie just came on) and the right half is a large picture window but it's dark out still, 6 a.m. so don't see anything unless I go in the living room and turn on the outside porch light.

Hi Crty,
I have a wall! :(
LOL The windows in the bedrooms, which I have the PC in a spare room, sit really high. I guess I could put it under the window and look out, but all I would see is the side of my neighbors house or the tree, possibly the sky since the tree is bare. Now you have me wanting to re-arrange this room! hehe Thanks! *big grin* You don't mind if I blame it on you when I tell my hubby what he has to help me with when he gets home from work do you?
I did have it sort of beside the window with my back to the wall, but the sun would come right in that window in the afternoon and hit my face. So I turned it toward the wall so I could see. lol
I like looking out. In our old place I had it right by the window and had a great view of what was going on outdoors.

Well, when I look up, I see an open door, and two closets with mirrored doors. When I look into those mirrors, I see my and my roommates bed behind me, the wall behind me and the window. At least I can look at the whole room this way!

I see two windows. My desk is between those two windows and although sometimes I have to close the curtains because of the bright light, other times it feels just right. I can look out and see a park . Specially beautiful now with all the fall colours.
I"m sure there are cars and people passing as well but I don't pay much attention. WHen I look out I tend to concentrate on light and colours.
I know the correct way would be to have the windows on my back. It is better for the eyes, but I would miss looking out, so I keep my desk where it is :)

I see my TV from where I am sitting right now, ctry. I usually have it on even when I'm not watching it. Living on the fifth floor, there's not much to see outside except the highway from the side of my building I live on. I'm really more concerned with all the noise I get from traffic.

Well I can use my laptop anywhere and see anything!
My desktop is sitting at a wall but the window is next to it, I usually keep the curtain closed though because you can't really see anything out there anyway so who cares.
My laptop is usually on my lap while I watch tv, so that's what I normally see with Lappy.

Hahaha!!!I had to laugh, because i see an ugly old wood paneling wall thats stuck right infront of my head and hard to ignore.Look out the paint swiping this weekend!!Haha.Im planning on trying to transform this "hole" of a computer corner this weekend into something less of an eye sore, hehe!I have a painting that my daughter did hanging on it,its small so it doesn't help with the hiding of the wall that much.I will be cucko-cucko soon from staring at it.

I only see the wall. I kind of see the Tv. I kind fo have to look a bit to the side. I usually watch tv while on the the puter...lol. Other times I have XM and listen to some tunes..lol. It would be nice to see more than a wall...Maybe I should rearrange my room a bit.
