I've shared this one before. Its a common variation I do of chili among a few others. This is the one I share as well since even I keep a tight lid on some particular recipes.
Heartwarmer Chili
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1-2 cups of spinach
3 cups of diced tomatoes
4 cups of tomato sauce
2 cups chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup of corn
1 cup of diced or sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup of parsley
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 cups canned red beans, drained and rinsed
2 cup of thin spaghetti or vermicelli
2 to 3 cups of water (optional, for thinness if preferred)
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet or a large pot. Cook over medium-high heat until the ground beef is brown and even. Drain the beef.
Add all ingredients minus the pasta to the large pot. Mix the ingredients well. Bring the pot to a boil. Add the pasta at this point. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Glad to help. Don't be afraid to tweak and experiment with this one. Its supposed to be slightly thick with a good amount spice and sweet to it, but some people I share it to prefer a thinner chili.
Hope it turns out real well for you.

Fresh is best! You could go and talk to a herb grower for tips on how to use them and which are the best for your needs. We have bell chilli's growing in our backyard, and they are sweet with a hot kick! Yum!

When I make chile I take about a lb. of (ground meat Hamburher or turkey) and brown it. Then in a large pot add the meat 2 or 3 cans of red bean or if you prefer kidney beans. To this I add a can of tomatoes cut in to piece a large can of tomaot sauce and the most important rotel or great value diced tomatoes & green chilies. I then add some chilie powder to taste. This is pretty simple to do.

We love Chilli. I take about a pound of ground round and a steak cut into small strips. I brown them in olice oil with a medium size onion. I add my spices and a can of tomatoes. I also add a couple can of tomato paste and about 4 cans of kidney beans. I also add a bit of brown sugar.

Although I love cooking from scratch there are times when ready made is better! However, so far, I have only found 2 things that are as good as my made from scratch. One of those is Carroll Shelby's Chili Mix (the creator of the Shelby Mustang Carroll Shelby!) IN that little brown paper bag in the spices section at the grocery is hte most fabulous chili fixin's you'll ever taste! I use the WHOLE package of cayenne pepper in the pot! Boy, just some hamburger (don't use the 90% lean - you need some "grease" (or oils or whatever you want to call it) in there for the flavor - so use 80% lean beef. i have tried it with the "healthier" grade and it is just so dry and tasteless, even Carroll couldn't make it work! But meat, and tomatoe sauce and the rest of the ingredients are in that little brown paper bag - crock pot and you are ready to go! It says only needs to cook for a short period of time, but I crock mine for about 6 hours on low and the rest of the family has to fight me for a bowl full!

I also like chilli to be put with different food. I like baji very much especially chilli bajji. Baji is made by dipping big chili into flour and fried in oil. It is very tasty to eat. Another thing I love is to eat raw mango dipped in salt and chilli. I am from Southindia. We uses different spices in our food. I also like different spices and things it tastes yummy.
