How many times do you contact your friends during one year?

Recently I always concern something.As the time is gone,our business and family is busy,so no much time to take share with pre good friends.I really miss them.But now I donot know what I should speak with them.No much topic and no much time.Do you have any good ways to keep the relationship with your friend?And how many times do you contact your friends during one year?

Actually, i always text my friends most everyday..sometimes when there are occassions, we meet each other and our kids..for me, it's important to have a communication with you friends atleast once a day or maybe once a week because this can make your relationship more bond and still strong..

It is a good suggestion for me.I really agree with you.But I now my all friends have family and they live their lover and kids.Maybe i should find some good ways to keep the communication with them.Thanks.
