Question for those who have advertised on PTR sites

I am just curious did you find that yu had quality traffic hitting your sites when you advertised on paid to read sites? I am curious and if so, which ones did yu find that you got the best response from? One is for referrals obviously the other is to try to obtain good leads for my current home businesses.
