Coming from an Asian country we really have difficulties in learning to write and speak English. In addition to going to a formal lesson in English I suggest that you buy a basic grammar book to learn the basics like I did. Then read a lot of books of interest to build and broaden my vocabulary. For the speaking portion I practice it with my friends and try to speak English often. There are CDs or tapes available where you can follow for the enunciation of difficult words. Hope this will help you and I have counted you as my friend.

this is true as long as you have used your heart to find the best and most appropriate way for you to learn english well . First , i want to say , you can learn english well . You have the ability to reach your goal . You must take much efforts if you are not good at it . So confidence is the first most important element. Second, a good worker must have the best tools. So you must take some time to search some helpful tools to learn english . For example for some software to remmber words or cultivate your ability of reading & listening & analyze in english ,writing . Third,a genius can not be always a genuis although he has the confidence and the minds as his best tool to learn english . Because he can not take enough time and energy on this field . Maybe he is better than someone .But he always can not be someone best . So if you want to do a thing ,do it well .This will make sense and meaningful.
