What could keep us healthy in psychology?

Hi,everybody! Nowadays many people have problems with their psycholgoy.In some cases,it hurts more than the physical problems. So I'd like to know what do you think that can keep us healthy in psyhcology? Any ideas or suggestions? Hopefully we can share about this.Thanks in advance:)

Hello dear fanji. So far as psychological health is concerned, my humble viewpoints are as follows: 1. develop friendship with your classmates or colleagues 2. take part in all kinds of social activities as possible as you can 3. hold an upward spirit and a positive attitude towards life and work 4. think more of the good sides of someone instead of one's weak side 5. do more reading to enlarge and broden your knowledge to accept and absorb more new ideas towards the good part 6. be friendly to people rather than stay alone in your own world as we live in a community where a strong bond of a good relationship is greatly needed Of course, there are more than what is listed above.
