What is your comfort food?

Comfort food are those which you crave whenever you feel lonely, sad, mad or simply the food that gives you comfort whenever you are not feeling well?
My comfort food is ice cream and french fries.

The food makes me comfort is chocolate, it gives my day energy, and free from stress.

When I feel sad and lonely I would go for chocolates because chocolates has something in it. It has aphrodisiacs and all. It makes you happy in a way. I mean, you will be provided by happy hormones I guess with some ingredients of the chocolates. :P
