Strange ER Prediction

I have this nagging feeling that the way Moretti left on the last episode was just too easy for the stuff Abby's character is currently going through. I have a feeling that Abby will turn up pregnant from that night and it will be clear somehow that it's not Luka's baby. I actually hope I'm wrong about this, but what do you guys think?

Well it would be an interesting twist,but she can't get pregnant,she had to have all ehr stuff removed after Joe was born due to the trama her body went through when Sam's old man held up the ER,and Luka was suddated.

Whoops, good point. I forgot all about that. There's got to be something, though. There's got to be something that's going to give her away, other than her own guilt, which is not insignificant. Hmmm, back to the drawing board!

I hope your wrong, because after Abby had Joe they removed her ovaries right? Also I think this is the last season for Abby and Luka and it would be a bad way to send them out.
