Did you ever wonder how they can utilitze a PC if....

they can't read/speak english? I mean really, all these people that supposedly can't speak english, and yet they are on PC's and laptops - is Windows in multiple languages? if so, how do you choose which language you want i fyou can't read english to make the choice in the first place? And the rest of the internet - no matter where you go - is it converted to other languages some how and if so how? I looked at PC's when buying mine and there was no mention of other language accomodations that I saw. And I have never heard of any kind of converter to accomodate other languages. So... what's the deal?

You mean theres a program to buy to make the conversion? How can someone go into a store and buy this stuff if they can't speak english? It is one of those things, you never think about yet it is prevelent. Hummm.. interesting

its not exactly a conversion software. multi-lingual support comes in packs, called "language packs", which you can simply download and install in your computer. . and yeah.. before installing windows, you are already given an option to choose which default language you want to use. c',)
