Dancing is also good for expanding the mind! I have an excercise class called "hula for health". I do hula because it's my culture and I enjoy sharing it with the others in the class. Every form of dance...flamenco, tap, waltz, even hip hop...has culture behind it, whether it's ethnicity or an era of time, or both! Dance not only for your health, but for your mind!
