Is Derek Anderson on the Trading Block?

Rumor has it that Derek Anderson is on the trading block, but I can't imagine the Browns trading him until they are out of the playoff hunt.

As a 49er fan I'd love to see him in S.F., we haven't had a good QB since Young left.
