A question about GetRef

I joined GetRef yesterday and did my first signup today and ran into a little problem. I'm hoping that another GetRef member may know what I should do to correct the problem. After I did my signup, I was surfing the site I signed up with, to do the necessary 50 sites before requesting my signup credit, when my IE had a problem and had to close down. The member I signed up under had specific instructions that you must surf 50 pages or your request would be declined. Knowing that my windows would shut down I backed out of the offer to protect my user rating and tried to go back to GetRef to restart the process. When I logged back in and went to the members offer page, the site I had joined wasn't on the list anymore. Is this standard? Is there any way to get the credit for the signup if you back out before completing the offer requirements, intending to finish it (or restart) later, or is it gone forever?
