I enjoy making things like fudge and almond bark-coated pretzels to give for Christmas presents, but I'd like to find something new and HEALTHY to give this year. I'm especially interested in healthy snacks, good things to munch on. Anyone have any great suggestions or recipes? If you can't think of anything healthy, I'd still love to hear what food gifts you make and give for gifts.

The soup mixes are actually a pretty good idea for a couple of people I have in mind. Dried fruit sounds like a great suggestion for a snack. I don't have a dehydrator, though. Do you know how to make your own? Can you make your own dried bananas? I love the ones in the store, but I'm wondering if they have sugar added. They would look pretty in a nice container though, wouldn't they? Thanks for your response!

Wow, smells good! How I wish I could have some of what you have cooked. I sure do enjoy!! Have you tried native recipes? It might be interesting. I'm sorry not to have a recipe for you, I don't know much about cooking! I'm just glad that there are people like you who still enjoy making what you're making...

Well, I say I'm going to make my own, but time will tell for sure! I do prefer homemade when possible, though. I think homemade is usually healthier overall, don't you? Thanks for your response!
