Does the actions of the Contestents outside of the photoshoots matter to you?

We all have our favorites each cycle. Do you judge your thoughts on who takes the best pictures/does the best in challenges? Or are you more inclined to root for the person who's personality you like the best? Do you think the attitudes of the models sways your mind when looking at their judging pictures? For me, I know that even if Bianca had the most amazing picture ever, I would still hate her for her horrible attitude.

I think it's more important to take good pictures. Personally, I don't care if the contestents are mean or not. It doesn't effect their pictures. When it comes down to it, it's a MODEL compition, not a nice competition.

For me personally, I don't like cheering for the girls with bad attitudes, they just tick me off. I like rooting for the girls with the sweet personalities. However, no matter how nice a girl is, if she has no talent as a model, then she shouldn't be a model. And because of this, I don't think a person's personality should affect their ranking to be chosen as a model. But it does... I haven't been watching the new cycle lately, but I do notice in previous cycles that even though there were talented girls, the ones with rotten attitudes never win. It's like the judging is rigged... they keep the rude girls in regardless of talent to stir drama up and then kick them off at the end. I don't know whether this is a "good thing" or a "bad thing." In my opinion, it's a lot harder to change one's attitude than anything else. Maybe they're hoping the girls who are less talented can improve? I'm pretty sure nobody likes dealing with fake and "witchy" girls.

I agree that they do keep rude girls around for a while to stir up drama. I think part of it is that Tyra really likes mean, ghetto type girls. Every year she picks at least one girl from the ghetto and makes it her mission to get that girl to cry. Seriously, you'll see one every year. Bianca, Bre, Brandy, Eva, etc. Granted, Eva actually won her year, maybe because Tyra got her to cry on the first day. The one year she couldn't get a girl from the ghetto to cry she totally flipped out at the judging panel. It was freaking scary.

I judge on talent and just whoever stands out to me when I first see them on the screen. Of course you can't get work if clients don't like you but I think Tyra places way too much emphasis on niceness. I really disliked Bianca's attitude but if she took amazing pictures and I thought she was the most beautiful then I'd root for her. I disliked YaYa's personality in season 3 but I think she was beautiful and took amazing pictures so I rooted for her to the end.

I judge on the whole package; photo's, personality and runway. I'm very turned off by bad attitudes, so I don't really like Bianca or Jenna from tis cycle.

for me personally, I really care about their attitudes. But the for the show, I think maybe the producers just want the opposite because without drama and conflicts, they are not having high rating.

I consider both the attitude and the photos. tyra constantly says that a model isnt just about photos, they also have to have the attitude.

I pick my favorites based mostly on personality and appearance. I like seeing the cutest and most interesting girls stay in the competition. Bianca is just an irritating and ugly person inside and out. I really think a person's personality influences how they look. I loved Heather's personality and awkwardness. Even if her photos weren't amazing she'd still be my favorite.
