So my son says Mom I want guitar heroes III for christmas. So I'm thinking ok no problem, so I thought. Guitar heroes III for xbox 360 is sold out everywhere. I'm just like blahhhh. I did not think it was gone to be this hard for a video game. I mean year I remember the year the xbox 30 came out and the runaway I had trying to get one. I did not think I would have this problem with a video game. Is the game really that good? or is it all just a big hype at the moment?

In case you have trouble finding an XBOX 360 games, I'd advise looking up here: http://xbox-360-games.zlio.com/ This is a trustworthy service where you can find a lot of Xbox 360 games. You can also compare xbox games prices in different online stores there. A nice resource, really, to my mind...

Yes, Guitar Hero III is really that good. There aren't that many "hands-on" video games (as in actual active games like DDR and Karaoke Revolution) so its uniqueness really draws people in. Plus the songs are really awesome, remakes of hit songs, modern and older. Maybe the lack of copies is due to everyone over-ordering Halo 3 or something. Perhaps they will have another shipment by Christmas and if not, you could probably find a copy online and order one. If that's too much trouble, maybe you could get your son Guitar Hero II instead, it's just as good... unless he already has a copy.
