Is it really possible to rule the world?

I find this rather, IMPOSSIBLE! Why? Well, just try to image it... One person trying to rule the entire planet, doesn't that seem a little impossible? Not to mention the stress... Do you think it is possible to rule the world? If so, how? I am really interested in this discussion...
