Does the blower work at all or just not hot or cold? If it is not working at all it could be a loose plug on the blower. Try looking under the hood on the firewall separating the engine from the inside of the car. Usually on the passengar side of the car. If you do not see anything there look under the dash usually on the passengar side. You should not have to remove the dash to look for the blower motor. You will know it when you see it as it is round shaped like a fan.

I take this is in a car or vehicle???? for the rear window that is done with heat lines..if you look in the window you can see them...i would frist check and make sure the connections on there are ok..look on each site of the rear window should see wire and connections there make sure they are clean and plug in ...I had this on a new car and found out one of the plug for the connection was not all the way in... Front heater blower...could be the switch is bad...or the motor on the blower is burned out...make sure you find the blower before you take your dash apart ..depending on the type of car could be able to get to it under the hood or under the dash with out taking that apart...
