I have experienced with my kids coughing and vomiting. At first I feel nervous and bring them immediately for check-up in a clinic. But now, those simple coughs are treated by giving them more water to drink. They call it water therapy. It worked for my kids. The phlegm that comes out is a good indication. Give them more water. If phlegm comes out in their vomit, they are cleansing their inside. They will feel good afterwards. Don't worry too much. Caution: if symptoms persist, seek for medical help!

Thank you, so its not just a worry mom syndrome..lol lol hes been doing this since he was very little at first i would take him to the dr but in time i learned how to deal with him. When he was smaller he drank so much milk and would get this illness frequently now hes six and hes dropped the milk to only a glass or two a day and loves ice water so the water helps. he hates soda but you can always tell when he needs to go thru this cleansing cause he will ask for soda the soda triggers some kind of reaction and that makes him start to vomit and then he will be sick for a day vomiting mostly mucus. He acts fine and plays as soon as he gets himself cleaned out. Im glad i am not the only mother who has a child who naturally does this..lol lol thank you for your response.
