Advice on being a ChaCha guide

I recently sent my request to become a ChaCha guide and yesterday I got an email saying I was invited to become a guide. I haven't had time to sit down and complete the registration yet but I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for being a ChaCha guide? Also, about how much money can you make as a guide? I was just wondering if this is worth my time.
