None of us are saints, and hence we must be doing many things knowingly or unknowingly which may not be good or right. When we crib about someone or say something bad about another, do we have a right to do so ? Has our life been blameless or unblemished that we can do so ? Maybe we have done something similar and turned a blind eye to it and then say something bad for a similar sin or deed.

My brother used to tell me this - humans tend to blame everybody else but themselves...And that I find is sooo true in so many ways..
Sure, we are not perfect and have done wrong at one time or another. But how many of us will admit and not point fingers? How many of us would want to find a solution than pointing fingers?
In societies today, we all want to shift our blame....to try to be a perfect person when we aren't...and that's sad for us all...

Well i guess it depends on the magnitude of the mistakes of the person.when it comes to minor things it is better to forgive and forget but when the mistakes are huge then its not just right but also our responsibility to point it out to the person.maybe blaming the person is an extreme step but it is atleast necessary that you point out the mistakes to the person. And no we are not flawless but the same people will point their fingers at us when we commit a mistake.

We are not saints or perfect and I don't think it is fair to point figers at somebody for mistakes or things everybody else, including us might do. I never liked listening to gossip and never joined a discussion about somebody who was talked bad about. I find these kind of discussions both boring and unclassy.
