I have terrible Migraine headaches for the last 10 years. I tried all types of mediciens, but only could reduce its intensity. When I ate lot of medicines to relieve, I was advised not to take much pills. It may leads to another disease called Ergotism. Finally, I decided to take stress relieving measures. That really reduced my migriane headaches. I am firm christian believer. Stress reduction can clearly reduce migraine headaches.

Certainly stress can badly affect you and give you headaches, as well as other things like irritable bowel syndrome. As a Christian, you'll know that Jesus told us not to worry about tomorrow, and that He would look after us. I think we have to learn to trust Him more on this, and give our anxieties over to Him.
