A man blind in one eye was recently arrested for reaping off unsuspecting citizens of their money in Kampala. He claimed he was blinded by someone who is willing to compensate him with $60,000. He then went about collecting money from people whom he promised to pay back 100% interest if they helped him with money to open a bank a ccount. He had collected about $1000 when he approached a man whom he had already reaped off his money earlier. This man smelt a rat and reported the one eyed conman to police. He was arrested and s waiting sentence. Know of such conmen who use their disabilities to steal peoples money in your city?

Hey kemin, you seem to be from a country where people are very moral-these kind of thieves are very many in my country. Some sell fake diamonds to unsuspecting people.

Hello dear acdemic friend. We also have the same case happen in China. They pretend to be poor beggars in rags, but when it is on the way to being dark, they would change their clothes in some place where there are few people for their nice suits and drive their own car to spend their evenings somewhere very happily, which has been exposed my some reporters. Can you believe that? Well, to this kind of people that I have mentioned, I think that they just consider it as their occupation and I have to say that they are great actors and actresses to win people'e sympathy to get money as their way of making business. So not all of the beggars can be trusted though most can. Thanks for your discussion about a social problem. Happy posting, my dear academic friend.

You really warned him to stop being a hypocrite? hahaha. I would not dare to even if I have discovered it. But I would be careful not to give him any more for his being to be a hypocrite and I would like to suggest that he go and find a job to live a decent life. Thanks for the best response, dear friend.
