We have heat in our home, but we still have blankets and quilts. When the seasons change, I am always cold adjusting to it. Plus, we don't keep the heat on full blast so if its cold out I don't have the heat on high enough to be sitting around the house in shorts. I live in a climate where we only need to put on the heat for a few short months but it changes during that time week by week. We keep the heat at 68 degrees when we do have it on.

The state of Florida in the United States. It gets cold for a couple weeks in the winter, but most of all the fall and winter is in the 60s and 70s degrees Fahrenheit. A couple weeks it goes down to 40 at night, but not for long. I used to live where there was snow, but I was tired of shovelling snow.
