My throat is killing me. I have Chloraseptic spray, and have taken Theru-Flu Liquid Flu and Cold, which is supposed to be good for sore throats, but still no relief.

I usually just eat honey. I also use Riccola lozenges.

Gargle with warm salt water and drink hot tea with honey. Those usually work for me.

I usually just gargle every couple hours with warm salt water. It seems to help a lot with the healing process. I have Chloraseptic spray too, and I find that while it does numb the scratchy throat, it doesn't really seem to help it heal any faster.

Joshanda is an oriented herbal mixtures we use to heal the cold affected area like throat, ear and nose. Anti cold medicine are also available. We should avoid the self medication and we should rush to doctor. Gurgling with salty hot water is also a tip to rectify the problem.
