Why Are There Starving People In the World?

Due to poverty, that's the main reason why there are starving people in the world. Keep in mind that not all people in this world are rich and wealthy. In some part of the country, there are people who greatly suffered from poverty. I hope this would not continue in the long run.:-)

Its not just a waste of resources, there are also despots running several countries and they too are responsible for the people starving. (All for the elites and not for everyone else). You've also got factions too going around raiding areas, terrorizing people and stealing resources from the needed. The problem could be solved through real cooperation, hard work and punishing the criminal rulers. It won't be easy, and it could take decades for real results, but at the current rate, you'll just have more bickering, elitism and people continuing to suffer.

This is something I have never understood either, especially when some of the countries that have a lot of people actually dying are rich, I honestly don't think we should be exploring other planets until we fix this one up and everyone has food in their bellies...
