What is your favorite Food Network show?

I love the foodnetwork shows -love watching the recipes being made,e ven tho I usually don't do them myself. I like watching for tips and do take some recipes, but just enjoy watching cooking/baking - it is so much fun and something I wish I could have been able to do more of. My favorites are Paula Deene and Rachele Ray and Throwdown with Bobby Flay and the cooking challenges and then that one "next Food Network Star" reality series. Wish they'd do more of that! What's you favoriet and why?
