Question about ebux......

I am fairly new to this site called Ebux.eu. Now it says that I have 109 link exchange credits right now. K when you click on How To Earn and go to click the links, a few lines down there is a place to click where it says link exchange or something like that. Then it tells you that you get so many unique clicks for each link you click. How does this work? When i click on it it takes me to a page just like I would normally do when I click the links to earn. Ya, know where it says click a certain number...is it meaning that I am supossed to click the banner or what? I am so confused about this. Any advice?
