Hey I'm throwing a baby shower for my friend. I don't really know her all that well but she doesn't have any family here and is about to have thier first kid. So I would love some ideas about how to throw a couple's baby shower. It has to be a couple baby shower because all of us (the wives) are pretty much stay at home and it's the guys that work together. But that's all that we know. Everyone is new to this place becuase we are all military. So any help would be greatly appresheated. I don't want to spend alot and really want to put on a good baby shower for her. Thanks

well, first of all that's really nice of you to want to do this for her. and i've never heard of anyone having a couples baby shower, but for this situation it sounds like a good idea. i found a site that may be able to help you out with some ideas. http://www.babycenter.com/0_coed-baby-showers_8243.bc good luck!

how about making the baby shower for people on your neighbourhood? just a custom small party so that all the guest can have good time to get to know each other as well. making friends also important because we might always needs help from surround us. Make a balloon in pastel colour for decoration ( of course ) and light meal and drink.
