I get dizzy sometimes. I now sometimes its due to low iron. Which is not rare in women I was told. That is what my experience of getting dizzy is. Besides that lack of sleep at times can do it to. I thought this site was very useful.

There are a number of things. It could be the person is dehydrated and needs fluid, they could have a pinched nerve, they could have an inner ear infection that messes up their equilibrium, they could be having a stroke, they may be having an anxiety attack, someone could have just spun them around and they are disoriented, or they could be having a low blood sugar moment. People who are not diabetic and not hypoglycemic can have moments when they just have not been eating and their blood sugar crashes too. The could be taken medication where dizzyness is a side effect as well.
